Vicky is five years old, she is a brave, sweet and smart little girl. We started to learn that something was wrong with her eyes when Vicky was almost two. She started to look at things sideways. At first we thought that she needed glasses, but we could never have imagined the reality that she would be diagnosed with RDH12-LCA.

 

Vicky is night blind and her daylight vision is compromised, but her LCA is by no mean stopping her. Vicky loves drawing, climbing, dancing and swimming. As a family, we are committed to help her see as much of the world as she can, and to fight hard to find a treatment for kids like her.
